- Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before travel: 100% refund
- 30–59 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: Non-refundable
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
- Refund Process:Refunds (if applicable) will be returned via the original payment method within 21 business days.
- Thai Travel Co. is not liable for damages, losses, or delays due to weather, illness, political unrest, force majeure events, or third-party providers.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to reschedule or rebook your services where possible. Refunds are subject to partner terms and are not guaranteed.
